Respiratory Business Development Representative
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving long-term sustainable relationships with targeted healthcare professionals and achieving agreed sales targets within an assigned territory.
This role requires a strong understanding of the therapeutic landscape and the ability to decipher and translate clinical and scientific data related to our products. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals through quality use of medicines and effective communication.
* Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and developing strategic plans to address customer needs.
* Collaborate with our respiratory cross-functional team to align on priority tasks and focus.
* Act as a conduit of information from the external environment to the team.
Requirements:
* Degree in Science or related field.
* Project management skills essential: identify priorities; plan and organise activities; monitor progress to ensure objectives are met.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English.
* High attention to detail and compliance.
* Ability to communicate complex issues and data to a wide range of professional audiences.
