We seek an experienced Analyst Engineer to support and enhance our Fiserv landscape.
About the Position
In this contract role, you'll provide in-depth technical support across the Fiserv product suite, focusing on Signature, Teller, Aperio, Communicator, and FDA.
Responsibilities
* Delivering functional and technical assistance to internal stakeholders
* Collaborating on analysis, problem-solving, and configuration activities
* Translating business requirements into system enhancements or modifications
* Supporting integrations, data flows, and incident resolution efforts
* Partnering with cross-functional teams throughout delivery cycles
* Ensuring stability and quality across core banking systems
Requirements
Successful candidates will have:
* Hands-on experience with the Fiserv product suite - Signature, Teller, Aperio, Communicator, FDA (essential)
* Strong capability in both analytical and engineering aspects
* A solid understanding of core banking processes and system behavior
* Experience working in fast-paced environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
