If you have experience in scheduling, installations, and ideally the building or trades space, this is the opportunity to take your career to the next level. So, what will you be doing?
As our Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our builders receive a seamless, top‑notch experience. You will be at the heart of our operations keeping everything running smoothly:
* Managing purchase and sales orders, setting up projects in our ERP system, and coordinating schedules with supervisors, clients, and sub‑contractors.
* Handling data entry, invoicing, and addressing customer inquiries via email and phone.
* Keeping a close eye on sales and invoicing.
* Offering exceptional after‑sales support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
