The Opportunity
* This role will drive operational excellence by setting and executing the manufacturing strategy.
* You'll be accountable for leading end-to-end operations, ensuring output, quality, safety, and delivery targets are consistently met.
* The position also involves driving continuous improvement, labour optimisation, and cost control across all facilities.
* Building cross-divisional collaboration to maximise performance and streamline processes is key.
* Championing a strong safety culture, high standards, and consistent alignment with business values is essential.
* Mentoring and empowering a high-performing operations leadership team is also required.

Requirements
We're looking for a commercially minded manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment:
* A minimum of 7 years' experience at Site Manager and/or Operations Director level within a similar setting, ideally with multi-site leadership experience.
* Significant experience within automotive, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
* A proven track record across both multinational/blue-chip and SME/family-owned businesses.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels and functions.
* A deep understanding of manufacturing best practice, workforce engagement, and operational metrics.
