Lifestyle Services Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Services Assistant for a permanent part-time role in Victor Harbor.
* Assist residents in achieving their lifestyle goals
* Facilitate engaging recreational activities
Candidates must have a Certificate III in Aged Care, minimum experience and demonstrate effective communication. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being of our residents by providing opportunities for them to engage in meaningful activities that promote social interaction, physical activity and emotional well-being. As a Lifestyle Services Assistant, you will work closely with the aged care team to develop and implement programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of resident participation and outcomes, and contributing to the development of new initiatives and strategies to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for working with older adults. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
