Overview

About The Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join the Nephrology Clinical Service Unit. You will work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, including medical, nursing, allied health and administrative staff, in a busy clinical environment. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Nephrology unit, contributing to the efficient day-to-day operation of the service.
* High-volume clinical typing
* Telephone and patient enquiries
* Management of digital medical records
* General administrative support as required
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage competing priorities. This position is a job share arrangement with fixed working days of Monday and Tuesday, which are not negotiable.
