About the role
Elite EarthShakers' is seeking a skilled Landscape Construction Labourer to join our team around the Central Coast, NSW. This is a casual position, allowing you the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. As a Landscape Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces and bringing our clients' visions to life.
What you'll be doing
1. Assisting with the construction and installation of various landscape features, such as retaining walls, concreting, turf and water features
2. Preparing and grading soil for planting
3. Planting trees, shrubs, and other vegetation
4. Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and power tools
5. Ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy
6. Adhering to all health and safety protocols
What we're looking for
1. Some experience in landscaping or construction, or a strong interest in the industry
2. Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in various weather conditions
3. Concreting an advantage
4. Good communication and teamwork skills
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
6. A valid driver's licence
7. Must pass random drug and alcohol testing
