Job Description
The Torrens to Darlington Project is a complex infrastructure project that involves constructing two separate tunnels, the Southern Tunnels and the Northern Tunnels, connected by an open motorway. The project will form a continuous 78km non-stop traffic light-free motorway contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
The project comprises the tunnels, surface works including road and bridge construction in addition to services buildings and complex mechanical and electrical infrastructure. It also involves relocating communities, managing traffic changes, and implementing digital communications and urban design strategies.
The Engagement Manager will lead community and stakeholder engagement for a key precinct of the project working in close partnership with the Construction, Environment, and Safety teams.
This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive construction community engagement plans. The selected candidate will have construction delivery experience and be familiar with overarching engagement packages including relocation and respite strategies, major traffic changes, digital communications, and urban design strategies and consultation.
