Overview
The Darbar Indian Nepalese Restaurant – South Fremantle WA is seeking a full-time cook with relevant experience to join our team and commence work as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
* Prepare Indian/Nepalese cuisine with a focus on high presentation standards and quality.
* Guide and train junior cooks in food preparation techniques.
* Maintain a tidy, hygienic kitchen and ensure food safety requirements are followed.
* Collaborate with suppliers to place orders for food supplies as needed.
* Be available for work on most days, including weekends.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Preferably an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
* At least 3 years' experience in preparing Indian/Nepalese cuisine.
* A passion for producing quality food to meet customer demand.
* A happy personality that remains composed under pressure; a strong team player with long-term commitment.
