Job Title: Global OTC Business Development Lead

We are seeking an accomplished business development professional with a proven track record in global markets.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the financial industry and extensive connections within the banking and financial services sectors worldwide. This role demands exceptional proficiency in managing client relationships and executing strategic user acquisition on an international scale.


Main Responsibilities:

* Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a tailored business development strategy targeting institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions across various markets.
* Global Networking: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the global financial services industry, leveraging an established network to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
* Cycle Management: Oversee the entire business development cycle, ensuring alignment with global market trends.
* Solution Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams (trading, research, product development, etc.) to deliver bespoke solutions that meet the diverse needs of international clients.
* Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends and client requirements to propose suitable products and services, with a particular emphasis on OTC products and financial instruments.
* Competitive Edge: Monitor global market developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in various regions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and user acquisition, preferably within the digital assets or global financial services or banking sector.
* An extensive network with institutional clients, particularly in the international banking and financial services industries.
* In-depth understanding of global financial markets, trading products, and investment strategies.
* Experience with OTC sales or derivatives sales is highly desirable.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements across different global markets.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
