Your new role 
As Customer Service officer will be busy and varied, including responsibilities such as: 
- Answering incoming calls about orders, enquiries, ETA requests, processing payments 
- Processing invoices 
- Scanning of daily batches into electronic system 
- Sales support 
- Processing returns and credits 
- Assist with online orders 
What you'll need to succeed 
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including written and verbal communication skills 
- Confident and professional phone manner 
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time-management skills 
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
- Intermediate MS Word and Excel
