About the Job:

We are currently seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mix and match vehicle colours after preparation and painting
">
2. Build and maintain a colour library
">
3. Prep, prime, and paint vehicles according to Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process
">
4. Buff and denib vehicles
">
5. Handle all vehicles with due care and attention
">
6. Note any extra paint work required that is not quoted for
">
7. Report any old damage or poor previous repairs to production manager
">
8. Clean work bay and workshop areas
">
9. Coach apprentices when required
">

About You:
">
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

10. Trade qualified Spray Painter
">
11. Minimum 3 years experience working as a trade qualified Spray Painter
">
12. Strong commitment to working safely
">
13. Excellent communication skills
">
14. High attention to detail
">
15. Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
">
16. Ability to meet strict deadlines
">
17. Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking
">
18. Owning tools to fulfill the role
