On 1 January 2026, Alfred Health will come together with Kooweerup Regional Health Service, Peninsula Health, Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service to create Bayside Health, a newly merged health service with more than 22,000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians.
The new health service will provide people with the best possible care with services that support them throughout their lives.
The merger will also strengthen our workforce, providing new training, education and career opportunities.
Subject to final approval on 1 January 2026, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.

We provide general x-ray, Ultrasound, CT, Angiography/Fluoroscopy, MRI, and Nuclear Medicine services.The RoleAs the Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Clerk you will be responsible for coordinating requests, registration of patients and ensuring that patients are processed for their tests.
The successful incumbent will be trained in various areas of the department so flexibility with shift times and in learning various areas within Radiology & Nuclear Medicine is essential.Skills and Experience RequiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSound clerical, phone, booking and reception skillsThe ability to work independently as well as in a teamThe ability to prioritise workload and work under pressureThe ability to adapt to change and be flexibleThe ability to follow directions and comply with the Alfred health & departmental Policies and ProceduresAn understanding of medical terminology is desirable.
