Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 30/06/2026) Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 3 Remuneration: $35.84 - $36.96 per hour Hours Per Week: 38 Location: Mount Druitt Community Health Centre Where you'll be working Mount Druitt Community Health Centre is part of Western Sydney Local Health District’s Child & Family Health service, delivering vital care to children with developmental, medical and behavioural needs. You will be joining a passionate, multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving outcomes for children and their families across Western Sydney. Work alongside paediatricians, nurses, psychologists, and allied health clinicians Be part of a service that supports some of the community’s most vulnerable families Join a collaborative, respectful and inclusive workplace Contribute to high-quality, patient-centred healthcare Support clinics operating across multiple community health locations What You'll Be Doing You will be the administrative backbone of the Community Paediatrics service, ensuring clinics run smoothly and families receive timely, well-coordinated care. Manage referrals, clinic schedules and patient bookings across community clinics Provide high-quality front-line customer service in person, by phone and via email Maintain accurate records in CHOC, eMR and iPM systems Support clinicians with reports, meeting minutes, rostering and workforce administration Monitor and improve administrative processes to enhance service efficiency and patient experience How To Apply Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date. Selection Criteria Relevant administrative qualifications and/or equivalent experience in administrative service provision. Excellent communication skills across a range of mediums, skills including good comprehension, accurate spelling, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and initiate action. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within and across diverse work teams to support effective coordination of work. Demonstrated proficiency in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. Proficiency in CHOC, Cerner EMR, iPMs, RedCap, Content Manager (HPE), Health Roster preferred. With a willingness to learn and use new IT systems as required, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to interpret client/customer needs and is sensitive to the differences in the needs of individuals.
