A well-established financial services organisation is expanding its digital engineering capability and is seeking a Mid-Level Frontend Engineer to join a collaborative, product-led team. You'll work on modern web applications that support customer journeys across a high-traffic digital platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on development and wants to grow within a mature engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested frontend code
* Contribute to UI consistency, performance, and accessibility standards
* Participate in code reviews and agile delivery practices
* Support continuous improvement of frontend tooling and practices
Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years of frontend development experience
* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
* Familiarity with REST APIs and frontend integration patterns
* Experience working in agile teams
* Exposure to testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
* Background in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous but not required
