About the Role
* Act as custodian and provide brand governance for Audika master-brand across all customer touchpoints.
* Own execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns and content building brand awareness and generating leads.
* Assist with managing in-clinic retail experience to attract prospects and nurture them through fitting.
* Drive success of newly acquired clinics through targeted marketing programs.
* Provide seamless transition from retail experience into Audika's CRM platform.
Key Accountabilities
Campaign Management
* Manage brand campaigns and activity including planning, execution and reporting.
* Localise creative provided by global marketing team to ensure fit for purpose within Australian market.
* Evaluate campaign effectiveness and communicate value proposition to target audiences.
* Create materials for wider marketing team and ensure consistency of message by customer and channel.
* Bring Audika brand to life within clinic/retail environment.
* Develop in-clinic sales tools that arm leads and clients with information at every touch point.
* Manage stock of in-clinic printed materials and collateral.
New Clinic Marketing
* Develop and implement marketing activity promoting newly opened clinics and building client base.
* Forecast opportunities and develop omni-channel mix to acquire and retain customers.
Other Duties
* Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on brand-related matters.
* Work with global brand team and conduct regular market analysis to understand trends and consumer behaviours.
* Collaborate with global marketing team to develop brand strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Map customer journey to integrate messaging and design across channels.
You Will Be Successful In This Role If You Have:
* Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
* Pride in your craft using brand and retail marketing skills to showcase compelling and consistent experiences.
* Analytical mindset with solid understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
* Strong understanding of retail environments and what it takes to win in this space.
* At least 3 years' experience in brand management with proven track record in executing brand strategies and campaigns.
* Basic working knowledge of CRM platforms.
