Strategic Growth Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for championing a decorative range of high-end architectural finishes, which includes microtoppings, micro-cements, terrazzo, and overlays. They will work closely with architects and interior designers to secure product placement in project schedules and provide technical support to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Product Promotion: Present CPDs and technical solutions to architects and interior designers.
* Contractor Liaison: Support the applicator network.
* Project Management: Manage the pipeline from design phase through to builder awarding the contract.
* Technical Assistance: Assist with writing specifications and troubleshooting onsite queries.
Essential Skills:
* Proven track record in selling building products (flooring, tiles, render, coatings preferred).
* Existing relationships with Brisbane A&D firms or QLD flooring contractors are highly advantageous.
* Possess a polished presentation style suitable for boardroom settings and practical skills for site visits.
