Position Overview
The Field Training Representative - Instructor (FTR‐I) is customer facing and central to the development of all training products through the SADL process and delivering effective instructional training on HDA Platforms incorporating a blended solution.
Primary Duties
* Provide input to Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) phases of SADL.
* Provide input to the Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR).
* Provide input to the resourcing and planning for the conduct of prescribed courses, including LMPs.
* Provide input to the content development of Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETPs).
* Provide input to the Training System Specification (TSS) and development of training equipment and Computer Based Training (CBT).
* Plan and participate in workshops and conferences with the Customer, subcontractors, and OEMs.
* Undertake instructor development activities (overseas or domestically).
* Conduct training on equipment as identified within the Training Equipment List (TEL).
* Conduct and deliver the course content IAW LMPs.
* Conduct student/trainee feedback.
* Conduct evaluation activities to allow continuous improvement.
* Work closely with other FTRs and technical specialists / other workstreams.
* Become a subject matter expert (SME) on HDA FOVs.
Note: The Field Training Representative - Instructor may be required to travel to subcontractor and test locations within Australia and overseas.
Qualifications
Mandatory
* TAE Certificate IV (or equivalent) in workplace training and assessment.
* Diploma in Training Design and Development (or equivalent).
Experience
* Knowledge with military standards and regulations related to vehicle development is desirable.
* Experience as an Instructor in either Gunnery or Driver and Servicing aspects.
