LiveWorks, a leading events production and staffing agency, is on the lookout for a Talent & Client Success Manager to join our Sydney-based (hybrid) team and help us deliver unforgettable brand experiences.

Role Overview:
As our Talent & Client Success Manager, you’ll wear two hats:
Recruitment Lead – You’ll manage end-to-end hiring of casual event and promo staff across Australia, build a killer talent pipeline, and ensure our staff always exceed client expectations.
Client Relationship Manager – After every campaign or job, you’ll connect with our clients to wrap things up, gather feedback, build testimonials, and keep the relationship warm and growing.You’ll also jump in and support event production and coordination when needed it’s all part of being a small, agile team that loves delivering great work. We always work as ONE team!
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Management
* Source, vet, and hire top-tier staff for events and campaigns
* Maintain and grow our candidate database
* Lead tailored recruitment drives for specific roles and campaigns, ensuring the right talent is matched to the right brief every time
* Deliver a standout recruitment and onboarding experience for our staff
* Use a mix of recruitment sourcing strategies
Client Success & Campaign Wrap-Ups
* Conduct post-event wrap calls to gather feedback, testimonials, referrals and future bookings
* Track client activity and check in proactively to stay top of mind
* Support on select campaigns in a coordinator/producer capacity as needed
* Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve systems and processes across staffing and client care
About You:
* 1+ years of experience in recruitment, events staffing or account management
* Strong communication skills - confident with clients and talent alike
* Organised, proactive and detail-focused
* Passionate about events and experiential marketing
* Flexible, fun, and happy to jump in where needed
* Experience in account management or campaign coordination = big bonus
