Human Resources Consultant Role
A highly skilled Human Resources consultant is required to provide proactive generalist advice and guidance to business leaders within a leading organisation.
This role will collaborate across the workforce, focusing on standardised processes, workers' compensation, payroll issues, and employment relations. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, clear communication, and high organisational capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years experience in a senior influencing role, preferably with a related industry background, along with a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.

* Guide, coach, and mentor HR team and business managers
* Support the implementation of standardised processes
* Manage workers' compensation and injury cases
* Act as point of escalation for payroll issues and union queries
