Reporting to our Sr Account Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships and contract renewals with their allocated portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities to improve their clients’ digital presence and website experience, and working with our team of specialists to foster digital growth for our clients. You will help coordinate existing projects and manage new projects for your clients.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with your client portfolio through regular meetings and email communications.Develop relationships with new clients while successfully maintaining and growing existing accounts.Coordinate project delivery team from beginning to the end of the job, assigning team roles and responsibilities.Work closely with our execution team to ensure projects are briefed and delivered in a timely manner.Strategies on and project manage digital projects to increase client revenue.Manage conflict with clients and make executive decisions on when to escalate issues.Prioritise the workload for our back-end team executing on your projects and client work.Identify opportunities to expand your clients’ digital presence or improve their customer experience.Meet deadlines while working under pressure.Write campaign briefs to distribute to necessary parties.Meet KPIs for client retention and upselling.Monthly reporting.The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. This position interacts with clients regularly, so strong communication skills are a must.QualificationsExperience in a client or customer-facing role.Understanding of Google Analytics.Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google My Business, WordPress is advantageous.Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.Well organised, proven ability to meet deadlines.Able to work both independently and collaboratively.Creative thinker and problem solver.Please note that due to the nature of this role, we require the Account Manager to be based in Melbourne.If this sounds like you, we’d like to hear from you.
