Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Lawyer, Consultant and Senior Associate within the Family law team, some of your duties will include, but not be limited to; diary management and arranging appointments word processing and dictaphone typing of legal documents and general correspondence filing and indexing of original legal documents taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries assisting with preparation of documents for court hearings liaising with clients general administrative tasks (some relief reception may also be required) Skills and experience we'd love The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience as a Legal Secretary as well as; previous legal secretarial experience ideally in litigation or family law advanced MS Word and typing skills a keen eye for detail the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines excellent inter-personal skills a genuine interest to work in Family Law Let's talk!
