Job Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership position for a seasoned HR professional with in-depth understanding of the aged care sector.
You will oversee a small, diverse HR team encompassing local and offshore members, review current practices, and implement improvements aligned with organisational strategic direction.
* Lead and support a small HR team, providing guidance, coaching and clear direction
* Conduct a gap analysis and develop a practical HR roadmap aligned with strategic priorities
* Implement best-practice HR frameworks and templates tailored to the aged care sector
* Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment and employee relations
* Train, mentor and upskill the existing HR team to build internal capability
* Partner with business leaders and sector stakeholders to strengthen workforce delivery and service outcomes
