About the role
You'll be the go-to support for both planners and clients, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance is met and records are accurate, while your teamwork will keep clients engaged and planners supported.
What you'll be doing:
· First point of contact for client enquiries
· Preparing and editing advice documents
· Assisting planners with strategies and implementation
· Keeping CRM and client records accurate
· Ensuring compliance obligations are met
· Supporting client meetings - notes, prep, and a warm welcome
