Leadership Opportunity
This is a key leadership position that involves developing and executing strategies to grow the business through strong relationships with stakeholders, prospects, and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and nurturing relationships with stakeholders and conducting meetings with potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
* Attending conferences as required to source new leads and expand the network.
* Traveling locally and interstate as necessary to meet with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Reviewing existing insurance policies to ensure they continue to meet the evolving needs of the clients.
* Servicing the insurance portfolios of existing clients by maintaining regular communication and reviewing their policies for any updates or changes.
* Preparing all advice documentation and ensuring it meets regulatory requirements.
* Overseeing insurance applications, underwriting processes, and following up on new business to ensure smooth delivery and timely completion.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in risk management, with a strong understanding of personal risk insurance products, including Life, TPD, Trauma, Income Protection, and Business Expenses.
* Proficiency in analytical tools and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
