Lady Gowrie Tasmania is seeking a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead our Alanvale Long Day Care Service. This is your opportunity to guide a dedicated team, build strong relationships with children and families, and shape the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.

About our Alanvale Service
* Educating and caring for 55 children per day in Long Day Care
* Supported by around 20 committed team members
* Architect-designed building filled with natural light
* Three large learning and care spaces, each surrounded by windows and two expansive outdoor play areas enriched by natural elements
* Nestled in a nature-rich setting, with easy access for children to explore
* Strong community connections through the nearby Child and Family Learning Centre, Connected Beginnings, and Working Together Program
In this role, you will:
* Lead the delivery of high-quality, safe and inclusive education and care programs
* Oversee all aspects of service operations, including family engagement, people management, and compliance
* Mentor and develop your team to deliver best-practice pedagogy and exceed quality standards
* Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and educators
* Carry out Nominated Supervisor responsibilities, ensuring the service meets the National Quality Standard and legislative requirements
* Drive continuous improvement and prepare the service for Assessment and Rating success

What you'll bring:
* Significant experience in the Education & Care sector, with proven leadership skills and capability to act as Nominated Supervisor
* Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams
* Strong understanding and practical application of the National Quality Framework and associated legislation
* ACECQA-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care
* A current Tasmanian Registration for Working with Vulnerable People and the ability to obtain a current National Police Check
