Opportunity
Based in Toowoomba, QLD, this is a hands-on and people focused HR Advisor role supporting our farms in the region.
You'll be partnering closely with managers to provide guidance across all aspects of HR – from employee relations and performance management to award interpretation, engagement and leadership development.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, solution-focused and confident, with the ability to influence outcomes through empathy, communication and credibility.

About the Role
As an important and valued member of our HR team, and in providing guidance and support to stakeholders - your responsibilities will include:
* Providing HR advice and coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance management and investigations
* Interpret Awards, policies and legislation to ensure compliance and fairness
* Support HR initiatives including engagement, leadership training and other strategic projects
* Support core HR processes including annual reviews, succession planning and development cycles
* Assist with onboarding, induction and the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
Skills And Experiences
About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field (preferred, not essential - experience is more important)
* Minimum 3 years' HR generalist experience, ideally in a blue-collar or agricultural environment
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset
* Confident communicator - able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
* Skilled in Award interpretation and application
* High resilience and a calm, solutions driven approach to challenges
* Ability to travel to and from our farm sites to engage stakeholders and as required by the role
