This specialist position involves providing advice to facilitate compliance with our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System, including food safety support to operational teams.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Work Health and Safety, qualifications in ICAM investigations and root cause analysis competencies, and a minimum of two years' experience in Health and Safety, Environmental, Health or similar.
Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, leading incident investigations, implementing processes to ensure incidents are reported and investigations completed, supporting Return to Work Processes, and conducting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual audits.
The HSEQ Advisor will drive regular and sustainable improvement in our safety performance while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
