We are currently recruiting for a Level 1 Support Engineer on behalf of our client, an MSP that has recently experienced exponential growth. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual with MSP experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
* Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of client systems and infrastructure.
* Collaborate with senior engineers on complex issues and projects.
* Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for future reference.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
* Proven experience in an MSP environment.
* Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
* A proactive attitude with a keen desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
* Relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
* Candidates must hold either permanent resident status or be an Australian citizen.
