Job Description:
The Customer Communications Manager role is pivotal in bringing the customer to life for Bankwest and vice versa. This involves ensuring all our stakeholders understand who Bankwest is and its place within the community.
As a key member of the team, you will think holistically about the end-to-end customer experience, creating compelling communication journeys that support customers throughout their banking lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the Marketing Communications Lead to prioritize, build, and deploy 1:1 communications aligned with the wider communications strategy and business objectives
* Working with data analytics, stakeholders, and marketing peers to clearly articulate customer needs or business problems and identify suitable communication solutions
* Implementing multi-channel customer journeys in line with standard operating procedures
This position requires a skilled copywriter capable of writing across multiple channels while adhering to tone of voice guidelines. The ideal candidate has strong experience delivering exceptional customer communications programs backed by data and customer insight.
