We’re seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support our Export & Domestic Frozen Trading team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Business Manager to manage customer communications, coordinate sales logistics, and ensure smooth delivery of products across Australian and international markets.

About the Role
Reporting to SunPork's Business Manager for Export & Domestic Frozen Trading you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with managing customer accounts & sales opportunities across export and domestic trade channels
- Building product knowledge and an understanding of customer requirements to enhance competitiveness in a fast pace market
- Coordinate sales from production to delivery with internal and external partners
- Handle enquiries, resolve customer issues and support export documentation
- Analyse sales data and market trends to support short-term sales strategies
- Work with Quality Assurance and export teams to ensure product and documentation compliance
About You
In looking for our next passion driven team member, you'll be proactive organised and customer-focused, with a strong interest in sales and trade. Ideally, you'll bring:
- At least 1-2 years' sales experience (meat or perishable items preferred)
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of export trade processes and documentation (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
