Joinery Site Supervisor – Tier 1 & Tier 2 Projects | Sydney VP Recruit is seeking an experienced Joinery Site Supervisor to support large-scale Tier 1 and Tier 2 multi-residential projects across Sydney. We’re looking for someone with a strong background managing high-volume joinery installations within structured builder environments, with the ability to coordinate teams, maintain quality standards, and keep programmes moving on fast-paced sites. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate joinery installation teams across large-scale projects Maintain installation quality in line with drawings, specifications, and builder standards Manage site sequencing, workflow, and programme deadlines Liaise with builders, site managers, and project teams daily Monitor site safety, compliance, and installation progress Drive productivity while maintaining high finishing standards Requirements: Proven experience supervising joinery installations on Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial / multi-residential projects Strong understanding of site operations, programme management, and installation sequencing Ability to read and interpret joinery and architectural drawings Experience working alongside major builders and structured project teams Strong leadership and communication skills on active construction sites White Card required Highly Regarded: Experience delivering large apartment developments, hotels, healthcare, education, or commercial fit-out projects Trade background in cabinet making or joinery Ability to manage multiple crews and staged installations What’s On Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Long-term opportunities within high-level projects Apply now or send your experience and availability to info@vprecruit.com.au
