We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team.


Job Description

The role of the Client Services Manager is to ensure that our clients receive a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts. This involves partnering with clients to discuss event ticketing build requirements and time frames, delivering accurate event builds, providing timely and concise reporting and insights, and managing ticketing operations and Box Office Staff on event days.


Key Responsibilities

* Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Event Operations: Build and maintain events within the Ticketing System, manage ticketing operations, and supervise Box Office Staff on event days.
* Event Day Delivery: Provide on-site testing and support, engage with clients throughout the duration of the event, and manage post-event reporting, settlements, and operational feedback.
* Event Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement marketing and promotional strategies ahead of time and fulfill them as planned.
* Business Development: Work with the State Manager and team to innovate and provide value-added services and solutions to clients, increasing ticket sales and building brand and event profiles.


Requirements

* A passion for live events and excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility and availability to attend Event Days outside of business hours and on weekends.
* A client-focused attitude and ability to be a true ambassador for our brand.
* Team player willing to strive for exceptional results and possess attention to detail.
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve, and communicate effectively across all levels of business relationships.


Essential Experience & Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to develop new and existing relationships with clients.
* Ability to resolve client/customer problems in a helpful manner.
* Understanding or ability to learn ticketing systems and processes.
