Description About the Role We are seeking hard working, skilled Panel Beaters or Paint Preppers to work across our Large Boats and Plate Boats Paint Preparation department. Duties will include prepping, bogging, sanding and masking boats, and preparing aluminium surfaces for painting. This role is responsible for ensuring that our boats are prepped to the highest standard possible before they are painted and would suit someone with a panel beating or surface prep background. These are full time, permanent roles working Monday to Friday - 6am to 2:30pm, based in Coomera. Skills And Experiences Skills and experience Previous experience in automotive prep work or panel beating. Sanding, grinding, filling, buffing & prepping Surface preparation to a high standard Use various hand and power tools to complete tasks Work within the established workplace health & safety policies Complete tasks in a timely manner Full Australian working rights Have your own reliable transport and driver’s license Attention to detail and taking pride in work Do you want to be valued and rewarded for your hard work?
