Join us and be part of our journey.Job LocationSydneyAbout the RoleThe Area Sales Manager/Field Manager role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to advance their careers in Field Sales and management. You will oversee a team of Territory Managers and merchandisers to execute in-store activities and meet KPIs. Building and developing a high-performance sales team through coaching and mentoring is key. You will manage your own territory, leveraging relationships with customer managers to secure offsite locations, build POS and displays, and maximize sales. Collaboration with the State Operations Manager is essential to ensure compliance and identify new sales opportunities.Main ResponsibilitiesSales and Business DevelopmentBuild and maintain relationships with Key Customers to maximize sales opportunities.Engage with key contacts to upsell activities and negotiate displays.In-Store ExecutionEnsure in-store standards of quality, freshness, and execution are met.Develop plans to achieve display and execution targets.Manage POS material availability and timely ordering.People ManagementCoach and mentor team members, participate in recruitment, and ensure performance aligns with company standards.Implement performance management and development plans.Who We Are Looking For3-5 years' experience in territory or sales management within FMCG.Experience in the grocery channel is essential.Strong communication, relationship-building, time management, and organizational skills.Resilient, driven, and capable of managing and developing people.Preferably tertiary qualification in a business-related field.Diversity StatementFerrero is committed to diversity and inclusion, fostering a culture where all employees feel valued and have equal opportunities.
