Job Title: Cyber Security Lead
This is a pivotal technical and leadership role within an organisation.
About the Role:
This position prepares for, directs, and responds to cyber security incidents and threats. It ensures visibility, delivery, and enhancement of data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Data Security function.
* Provide leadership and direction, setting future strategies and guiding staff learning and development on data security.
* Develop and implement action plans in response to cyber security events.
* Oversee the security posture of data platforms, including data storage, transmission, processing, presentation and representation in governance layers.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organisation.
* Proven ability to provide leadership and direction to team members, defining and setting future strategies and guiding staff learning and development.
* Possess expertise and knowledge to manage, deliver, and implement prioritised requests to ensure best outcomes, aligning with quality and operational support standards.
* Illustrate commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
Benefits:
The salary offered will be between $118,588 to $135,251 per annum depending on skills and experience. In addition, 15.4% superannuation will be paid.
