The Role:
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team in an office-based Internal Sales role. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key part in delivering excellent service and supporting our wider sales and operations teams.
What you will be responsible for:
* Processing general phone, email and face-to-face sales enquiries
* Sourcing new sales opportunities through quote follow-up, outbound warm/cold calls and emails
* Preparing sales quotes and orders
* Providing suitable solutions to our existing and potential customers
* Delivering excellent customer service
Requirements
* Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm
* Previous customer service and sales experience
* Experience within the metals industry (highly regarded)
* Good communication and time management skills – with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environment
* Attention to detail
* Intermediate computer skills
