A day in the life
As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for:
* Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members.
* Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaising with your Stock Allocator, and working independently, to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space.
* Preparing and monitoring: store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.
About You
We'll know you're the one if you're someone who:
* Has demonstrated leadership experience – leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style aligned with our organisational values.
* Thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously.
* Has similar experience in a retail/hospitality role, though this is not a deal-breaker. At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience.
