Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join the team and oversee the marketing efforts for a prominent shopping centre in Brisbane. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic, enhance brand awareness, and elevate the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote the shopping centre's offerings, events, and promotions.
Collaborate with tenants to create co-marketing opportunities and drive mutual success.
Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials, signage, and advertising collateral.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
Cultivate relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and community organizations to maximize exposure and engagement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, track key performance metrics, and report on campaign ROI.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in marketing roles within the retail or shopping centre industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns and activations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the Brisbane market and local consumer behavior trends is advantageous.
