Complex Needs Specialist
The Complex Needs Coordinator provides consultation and coordination services for clients with complex support needs. The role involves acting as a single point of contact for service providers, clinicians or individuals seeking information about complex needs service responses.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing consultation and coordination services to facilitate service planning for clients with complex support needs.
* Fostering relationships between departmental program areas and external services to enhance support provision for clients with complex needs.
* Partnering with service providers to develop integrated responses and promote best practice.
* Identifying systems gaps, risk factors, and training opportunities to improve service delivery for clients with complex needs.
* Supporting the Area Client Support and Housing unit and representing the program in various environments.
Accountabilities:
* Providing authoritative and expert advice and recommendations on specific program areas.
* Collaborating with Managers to allocate resources and manage outputs within the work area to achieve service delivery goals.
* Interpreting and applying business plans and policies in their area of responsibility and providing advice to others on design and implementation.

* Effective collaboration with Managers to manage resource allocation and outputs.
* Ability to interpret and apply business plans and policies in own area of responsibility.
