* Collaborate with regional management to support visual merchandising and product presentation.
* Support store management in hiring, training, and development of staff.
* Lead by example and foster an inclusive and inspirational environment.
* Drive sales and achievement of targeted metrics.
Qualifications
* Strong retail experience with a medium to large store.
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
* Passion for fashion and visual merchandising expertise.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Can work in a fast‐paced, high‐energy environment.
* Self‐starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
