Wonderland Community Services (WCS) is seeking a proactive and highly organised Site Coordinator to support the daily operations of Pirates Rest —a dynamic service dedicated to providing exceptional support to children, young people, and people with disabilities.

The Role: Site Coordinator (Pirates Rest)
As a full time Site Coordinator, you’ll be the organisational heartbeat of Pirates Rest. You will support staff, coordinate daily site operations, maintain high standards of safety, quality, and presentation, and help create a positive environment for participants and team members.
You’ll work closely with the CEO/Director, Training and Compliance Manager, HR Manager and Administration Team—ensuring communication flows smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Cert IV in Community Services (or related field)
- Understanding of NDIS and/or Child Safety standards is an advantage
- Experience working in disability, child safety, or human services
- Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
- Confidence in navigating documentation, notes, and reporting
