The Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant in the Business Transformation team, you will assist organizations in delivering successful outcomes for some of the world's largest and most complex programs, including Government Reform, Power and Utilities, and Infrastructure Transformation.
This role is based in Meanjin (Brisbane) .
Your key responsibilities
* Passion for creating a more sustainable and inclusive future by transforming businesses through human‑centred design, fast‑paced technology delivery, and large‑scale innovation.
* Drive meaningful change on complex programs across sectors such as Government Reform, Infrastructure, and Power & Utilities – delivering successful outcomes for both clients and communities.
* Lead change and make a real impact in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Skills and attributes for success
Bring 3–5 years of experience and a strong passion for solving complex business problems and designing innovative, results‑driven solutions. You are a creative thinker ready to advance your career.
* Thriving in fast‑paced, ever‑changing environments and valuing innovation, teamwork, and delivering meaningful impact.
* Hands‑on experience across business transformation projects: strategy development, operating models, service and policy design, customer experience, and program delivery. Workshop facilitation and strong presentation skills are highly regarded.
* Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders within and outside the organization.
* Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with all stakeholders.
