As a Financial Planning & Analysis Director, ANZ you will play a key leadership role for the ANZ market, where you will be responsible for ensuring the financial viewpoint is considered across all touchpoints, and influence business decisions to ensure the Company’s financial and business goals are achieved.Drive the annual budget / LRP process, monthly reporting and forecast process.Consolidate financial planning & reporting and KPIs for the market.Provide insights and analysis to senior management of the business on opportunities, risks of business plans, scenarios planning, and impact on financial performance and outcomes.Ensure high quality, accurate and data driven financial analysis for senior management and Functions' for decision making.Take ownership of financial plans, monitoring of financial targets/KPIs, and related processes.Work with regional/global financial teams to deliver projects and initiatives to streamline the process.Provide leadership to the FP&A; team, and assess team competencies; recruit, retain and develop a team of FP&A; professionals to anticipate growth of the Company.
