About the Role
We're seeking a strategic and driven Enterprise Sales BDM to accelerate growth across targeted segments in Australia. Based in Perth, you'll lead major pursuits, engage with C-level stakeholders, and drive new logo acquisition across enterprise accounts.
What You'll Do
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers to understand their challenges and align APC solutions
Lead high-impact sales initiatives with compelling proposals and cross-functional collaboration
Drive growth across targeted enterprise accounts with a comprehensive business development plan
Identify and win new enterprise customers through strategic networking and market insights
Shape and execute sales strategies aligned with Secure Power's goals and the Australian market
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
Track KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement
What You Bring
5+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or account management within IT, power management, or critical infrastructure
Proven success in engaging C-suite executives and closing complex, high-value deals
Strong understanding of power management solutions and technical sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies is highly regarded
