**Your new role**
You will be responsible for the team and the day-to-day activities. It will be your responsibility to ensure the days run smoothly on schedule and jobs are executed to standard.
This will include:
- Reading plans and setting work out accordingly
- Managing the day-to-day tasks and managing workers on site
- Working with the Project Managers and Foreman to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and above standards
- Completing all compliance documentation when needed and ensuring work sites are operated safely in accordance with project SWMS
- Occasional operating of machinery - Trucks, Excavator, Bobcat
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Supervisor in construction
- Valuable attitude and the ability to lead by example
- Proven machine operating experience and relevant tickets
- Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing
**What you'll get in return**

- 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday
- $40 - $45 p/h + super
