ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Design Consultant, you will learn to expertly guide our customers to create custom-designed outdoor solutions. In time you will offer design advice to meet their style, budget and functional needs.
We will train you on how to:
* Engage with prospective customers and close sales
* Maximise revenue by meeting KPIs
* Visit customers' homes for on-site design consultations
* Respond and action customer enquiries
* Awareness of competitor product offerings
* Collect, record and utilise accurate data
* Ensure any remedial matters are resolved quickly and with minimal impact to the customer and business
* Actively participate in weekly meeting
ABOUT YOU
* Eager to learn and grow sales skills
* Possess a valid driver's license and a well-maintained vehicle
* Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Thrive on team culture and understand the importance of teamwork
* Availability to work flexibly from Monday to Friday and half-day Saturdays
