As a go-to specialist for employees across the country, your role includes troubleshooting, installing software, communicating technical information, setting up workstations, and maintaining security protocols. You will also help manage IT asset inventory and track deployments across the company.

* Provide responsive support via phone, in-person, and electronic channels.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and printer issues.
* Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
* Set up and deploy workstations, networks, printers, and mobile devices.
* Maintain security protocols for passwords, data integrity, and file systems.
* Help manage IT asset inventory and track deployments across the company.
* Log all tasks in our support system and follow established support procedures.
* Stay up to date on system updates, infrastructure changes, and new technologies.
