Finance Leadership Role
Play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic oversight and expert guidance in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making
* Lead and mentor the Budget Officer, collaborate with business units, and drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
* Monitor trends in revenue, expenses, staffing, and activity to support informed decision-making
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and high performance
Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce is mandatory
* Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks
* This is a VPD risk role and may require evidence of vaccination or immunity to certain diseases
