We are currently seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our onsite team based in Sydney, supporting our Talent Acquisition team across a range of portfolios within the media and entertainment sector.
As an experienced Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing innovative and proactive sourcing initiatives and supporting the team with all sourcing requirements.

- Developing strong talent pipelines and networks
- Staying connected with and tracking market trends, competitor analysis and regional changes that are relevant to our business stakeholders.
- Developing strong talent pipelines through targeted search initiatives

- An experienced talent sourcing professional, with experience across a range of industries and specialisations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence best practice recruitment to achieve business outcomes
- You have an established social and professional network
- Highly skilled sourcing specialist with proven capability in utilising a range of sourcing channels to attract critical talent
